Tom has over 25 years experience in all aspects of dental technology working both in New Zealand and Europe. In 2005 he gained his Clinical Dental Technology post graduate qualification from Otago Dental School.

Since graduating Tom has continued to devote a large amount of time advancing his dentistry skills by attending industry events and conferences. He is a member of New Zealand Institute of Dental Technologists. Tom completes over 20 hours of continuing education every year in New Zealand and overseas to keep up with the latest advancements in dental technology.

Tom first opened the New Plymouth lab with his wife Amanda in 1995 (then Taranaki Crown and Bridge). Over the years Tom and TCB Dentures have developed a reputation for providing dentures of the highest quality while delivering personal care and attention to every client. Tom finds it very satisfying seeing the improvement in confidence, life, health and wellbeing of his patients.
